This article is a week old now and surprisingly didn't mention the impending inscription of the Namib. I'm interested to see where the intransigent Namibian government go with this in the future.

I added it to the connection "Seal Hunting", but am not sure it takes place within the core zone of the new WHS. Seems unlikely.

I have been checking the info on the boundaries to "prove" I have been there - The AB states that it goes up to the sea shore - it could be that the "beach round up" which the BBC says takes place inside the reserves could be inside the boundary - but we would need more info
Wiki says
"This seal harvest takes place in three places namely, Cape Cross, Wolf Bay and Atlas Bay."
I will try to check if any of these are inside the inscribed area.

According to Wiki, "seal harvest takes place in three places namely, Cape Cross, Wolf Bay and Atlas Bay". These areas are to the north (Cape Cross) and to the south of the inscribed area. So no seal hunting here I guess. Also maybe no seals
