I reviewed my 4.5 and 5.0 star ratings and adjusted some, especially older ratings. Many of them got lower ratings (up to 1 star lower), none got higher ratings. I realized that I am doing this for almost 20 years now and that some sites I visited at the beginning got a rating that is now, in retrospective, clearly too high. I simply lacked the comparison. Do you guys ever review your star ratings? Should I just let it be and stick to my old ratings?

I also made some changes recently, especially after re-visits or additional context once I visited similar sites. Some ratings improved, others decreased. I think 'hot take' ratings after a less than stellar experience deserve review once the reviewer can separate the negative experience from what OUV is present. I used to rate every single WHS, but I have since removed ratings of larger serial WHS if I only visited one or a few components. While I still count it, I just don't feel objective in giving a fair rating.
