Trawling through some e-mails I stumbled across a message from a friend who it seems had a bit too much time on his hands a few years back and created this World Heritage Site Menu.

So I thought I would share it with the forum, as I'm twiddling my thumbs before the football starts tonight and sucks up all my spare time.

Bon appétit

Like the voluntary abstinence period at UNESCO a few years ago, the Netherlands this year has chosen to allow some smaller and less organized European countries to participate in the European football championship. Just to give them a fair chance to catch up. Germany should follow this example, but they foolhardedly keep on competing.

I'm ordering the following by the way:
- Congolese Okapi Preserve
- Chicken-Itza, with Salsa Mesa Verde (plus of course Struve Geodetic Artichokes on the side)
- Cocos Island (I presume it contains ice cream)

Can we order some exquise bordeaux or champagne with it?

How very kind of you, and we in the UK have gladly lapped up three of the spots for ourselves.

I'm covering a lot of bases this summer, home nations, former residences and god children stretches me to six countries to cheer on, sadly I expect most to be out by the quarter finals.

We certainly can, I think if we had all the inscribed wine landscapes we may be a little sloshed by the end of the meal.

In counter balance a friend of mine has always been keen to have an underwhelming WHS feast. The focus being on Fray Bentos Pies and Zon lemonade from Trebic.
