		I'd like to propose this as a new connection but I'm only aware of one such site - Rio Abiseo in Peru. Any other ideas?

		i think the bwindi reserve is such (after all, it is a strict reserve). then surtsey of course is off limits except to scientists. i think the new zealand sub-antarctic islands site also has the same regulations.

		Bwindi is certainly visitable despite its title of "strict reserve" - I have been there. A lot of Natural sites contain a core area which is closed to all but scientists or "VIPs" - even European sites like e.g Donana. Some of the inscribed NZ sub-Antarctic islands certainly appear on commercial Antarctic voyage itineraries. 		Ok. So far we have two sites completely out of reach for normal visitors (I exclude the replica ones for which a connection already exists): Rio Abiseo, Surtsey. What about a third whs though? Any ideas?
