The Amsterdam Canal Ring is cited in the Connection Designed by Gustave Eiffel, because of the "Roof construction of the Royal Theatre Carré".
"The steel arches of the roof structure - which have been clearly visible to the public since the 2004 renovation - were not designed and manufactured by Gustave Eiffel, as is often written, but by the Amsterdam bridge builder Royal Factory for Steam and other Machines."
I think therefore the Amsterdam Canal Ring should be eliminated from the connection. |
