I did watch the films filmed in Kandy. But I didn't see the whs, so probably they have to be removed? 'The Bridge On The River Kwai' is filmed in the city, but not nearby the whs (see https://movie-locations.com/movies/b/Bridge-On-The-River-Kwai.php).
