Obelisk

Someone just noted that the Guglia dell'Immacolata in Naples is not an obelisk.
It does look more like a (plague) column indeed, but in Italian it's an obelisco & 'A guglia (pinnacle) is a kind of rococo obelisk, dripping with frills, saints and putti'.

Any ideas if we should or shouldn't include it?
