Baroque St. Nicholas in Prague

Regarding the Baroque connection for Prague:
Confusinglym, there seem to be both a St. Nicholas Church (Old Town Square) and a St. Nicholas Cathedral (lesser town). However, are they both Baroque?

Yes they are both Baroque.
