The "Old City of Acre" inscription in 2001 included 2 Bahai sites inside the old town - The Jabotinsky Tower and the Abud house.
The recent "Bahai Holy Sites" inscription unfortunately hasn't yet had its Advisory Body Evaluation (ICOMOS) documentation put up on the UNESCO Web site. When it is we should obtain a complete inventory of the site. We have been told already however that
"The property numbers 26 buildings, monuments and sites at 11 locations in Acre and Haifa, associated with the founders of the faith, among them the Shrine of the Bahá'u'lláh in Acre and the Mausoleum of the Báb in Haifa. It also includes houses,......."
Does anyone know whether these sites and houses at locations inside the "Old City of Acre" (The Shrine of the Bahá'u'lláh is outside the Old City and was NOT included in its inscription) include the Jabotinsky Tower and/or the Abud House? If so then these 2 sites ("Old City of Acre" and "Bahai Holy Places") include the Tower and or House as a Double Entry of the same site.

I think that, among photos of the 2008 entries,
this
is the House of Abbud. So it looks like a double entry to me too.
Looks like a case for our Israeli reporter. Assif?

Indeed both ajacent houses called the House of Abbud are in the heart of the old town of Acre as well as the prison where Bahaulla was held. The House of Abdullah Pasha is at the border of the old town. I'm pretty sure all these sites are included in this new nomination, hence double entered.
