Is there any update on why I cannot rate any new sites? I don't have those at the bottom of the page.

As far as we are aware, this is a particular problem that only involves you (if others experience the same, please let us know). We have not found the cause yet.

The search feature is a little picky. If I paste something it will show up findings for a second but then it disappears. If I press Enter at that point it will throw an issue.

I've been blocked 3 times straight over the past 72 hours. Not sure why, just writing a normal review. Most recently, the moment I tried to include the link for a Flickr album seems to be the moment I got a server error and then I'm blocked.

Without it, it's not possible for me to see why the WAF blocked you.

I just sent it via email. This happened some weeks ago and we went through this process, then I posted several reviews (no issue), and then suddenly I started getting blocked again. Thanks for trying to fix these issues. Writing reviews now are so much better, so I am excited to continue writing more reviews! Updating old reviews has become massively more convenient as well.

Please send an email. Could be that your list is simply too long to be submitted as one. Wont solve it before Q4.

FYI – here's a Service Message for September:

As Nan will be travelling (without his laptop) during the whole month, fixes or new features that need programming or advanced admin skills will be halted during that period.
I will be travelling (with my laptop) as well for 2 weeks; I will keep doing the daily stuff (approving reviews, adding photos, adding connections, adding POIs, etc) plus general First Aid.

You can also keep sending issues like blocked user, error messages on the pages, etc, to the bugs e-mail address and I will try to fix them.

Featured Images, Embedded Images and Thumbnails are a tricky topic.
* The featured image HAS TO be landscape orientation. It simply does not work any other way.
* If no featured image is set, a review will use the default site featured image.
* Embedded images can be any format, BUT you should use float left/right AND you should look at the preview to see the text flows nicely.
* You can work with the focus area per image. A bit tricky and advanced topic.
There is now an issue where the preview of a review uses the default featured image, not the embedded image. I will fix that.
