Hi, when I click "Full reviews", eg on Belfries, should it show the full text of each review?

yep, idea was to have a short list by default but allow the full researcher not to toggle between 20 windows for a site. if not working, write to bugs@.

Several features available in the last version are missing now (pending TWHS, bubbling under, number of connection per WHS, top missing, etc. ). Are there any plans to reinstantiate them some time?

For some, yes. Others are explicitly missing:
- Pending TWHS, Bubbling Under: the separate pages have been removed on purpose, since, with the mandatory Preliminary Assessments that are coming up, they will lose/have already lost their relevance. Nominations will not just pop up anymore. There are plans though to bring a sort of 'bubbling under' part back per country on the country pages, indicating the 'active' sites per country (those with a preliminary assessment, or recently referred or deferred, or with an incomplete dossier).
- Number of connections per WHS - you can see them on the individual site pages. You probably want to see them in an overall view, I will put it on the wish list to see if we can integrate it with the 'All' page, but we're not going to make a separate page for it.
- Top Missing: there are a couple of 'old' static pages like this, I will see if I can bring them back in a sort of archive.

Similar pages, like Perfect Inscriptions and WHS Community Commandments have been transformed to connections.

Dear team! – I am adding a few feedback / suggestion items in the form of individual posts; this is not to "hug space", but to make individual items trackable, in case somebody would want to do so.
Community rankings are somewhat strange. - Today, for example, Iain Jackson and Luis Filipe Gaspar are both ranked as #7 with different number of visits (916 vs. 891), and Solivagant is ranked next as #8 (should be #9?). - Joel on the Road and nan have the same number of visits (632), but show up as #36 (shown first, unexpectedly), and #35 (shown thereafter).
Myself, with 498 visits, I show up as #56 today, which is somewhat unexpected, as in May I was only #72 with 485 visits – meaning you may have removed a number of profiles from the community when migrating to the new WWW system? (if I had stayed at 485 visits, I would be #63 today – i.e., about 10 profiles seem to have been removed during the data migration).

Country Lookup: On the previous WWW page, there was a nice feature where you could easily select a country from a drop down list by simply typing the first letter for the country and then were redirected to the country page with all WHC sites for that country. I used that feature a lot.
Now, you have a long list of all countries, and you need to scroll – which I find cumbersome.
Can we bring the country dropdown back, please? :)

Reviews and paging back and forth: Reviews are now "cut" after a few lines, and if you want to read on, you are redirected to a new page showing the full review text (the "keep reading"-button).
When planning to visit a new WHC site I tend to briefly read through all reviews. With the new WWW page this means having to constantly going back and forth between the review summary page and the detailed pages for individual reviews. I find this cumbersome.
There are few WHC-sites with more than a dozen reviews, and there are few reviews going on for hundreds of lines – meaning I would simply remove the "keep reading"-button and show the full text of all reviews, as was the case with the previous WWW page.
Alternatively, is there a way to show the full review text "inline" in the review summary page after pressing the "keep reading"-button (as opposed to being redirected to a new review-detail page)?

Updating visited WHC sites and by-country-view: In the previous WWW page there was a nice feature where a (long) list of WHC sites grouped by countries was shown. This list allowed you to easily see which WHC sites in a given country you had visited, which ones were "missing", and it also allowed you to easily mark a WHC site as visited by simply going to the respective country and clicking any newly visited WHC site (and thereby, at times, having the "satisfaction" of "marking a country as complete" from a WHC-site-visit-perspective).
I know this list had all kinds of technical issues, but it was a neat feature all the same. – Can we still bring it back, please? :)
Now, with the new WWW site, the only way to mark a WHC site as being visited seems to be to go to the "add a visit"-page where you need to type in the site and hope you type it correctly so it is being found (having an implicit country-filter in that list helps, but I still find this a bit cumbersome).
Hence, could we maybe have a new "mark this site as visited"-button directly on every WHC-details page?

I think it has been made much easier nowadays: just start typing at the Search box at the top of every page; Fran will bring you directly to the France page

The Search will bring you directly to any page on the site (every connection, every member, every site), I find this a huge improvement.

This is an already known bug, listed a few posts above. There is an option "Show full reviews" just above the reviews that does exactly that. Unfortunately the button does not work at the moment but that will be fixed shortly.

As it is stated on the Community Page, we only show active members - those who have logged in at least once during the past year. Before the migration, this threshold was lower (3 years I believe, or even longer).

Updating visited WHC sites and by-country-view:

This has been discussed in this topic before as well.
The answer is "Requests have come in to bring back the previous countdown-style checklist, also with a more concise list to simplify updating on a phone or poor internet connections. We intend to offer this as an alternative next to the current visit-style checklist."
