To me it looks fine - it shows a stone building with a red post box in a street in Gracehill.

It may be your browser cache playing tricks. Can you clear the cache (hard refresh via settings) and see if it is gone?

UPDATE: I do see an issue the other way around - so Gracehill photo at Kyoto. I will pm you, it's maybe something about the images used.

It seems our maps exceeded what open street maps considers fair use. There is no quick fix here and it will take a weekend to fix plus create additional costs. As I am off this will go unresolved till October.

While the map issue is being resolved, should we hold off or continue sending over points of interest for the maps?

No need. The map issue has resolved itself overnight. We hope it's a glitch at the map provider site, but we need to continue monitoring it.
The core zones and POIs are stored separately, so you can keep sending them in

I think Hawraman/Uramanat is not visible on users' visited/missing maps.

It seems I am refused access to the website after submitting a review edit for approval, specifically after adding external links.

To Admin who deleted my question from yesterday - SSO absence and broken process for password restoration belong to technical backlog, I believe. Who can help me with my issue?

I also did not delete any questions yesterday, so don't know what happened.

A few questions, I wonder if they have happened before and potential solutions.

1) I seem to no longer have the power to delete a review? Yet, previously I could do this.

2) Most images I upload have no issues. However, in some instances I've uploaded 4-5 photos and they show up all as the same photo? Sometimes, I can click it and it shows the correct photo, other times they are all the same, even though I uploaded all different photos.

3) Any best practices for uploaded images regarding the name? Lately, besides the title I include my initial at the end to differentiate the image title from others.

You and I have seen it work once with one of your reviews, but that surprised me since this is a known error that still has to be fixed. It is on the to do list. Nothing has changed technically over the past 2 months as nan was away.


I believe it happens if the FILE NAME is the same (so your pics before uploading all have the name photo.jpg for example). Your browser thinks it is the same file as it already has it in its cache. This is on our to do list to sort out, maybe by adding a random number or so while uploading.


This is not necessary; you will only see your own pictures anyway in Images. The confusion, in the rare situations there is any, as stated in point 2, is caused by the image name. This is the name the file has before uploading.
