If anyone was wanting to get a decent idea of what a trip to Kew Gardens is like, but isn't able to get to West London the google have offered about the best experince you can get from home.
They have sent a tricycle equiped with their street view camera around Kew Gardens (even inside the glasshouses). It really gives a great idea of the site.
"Google has added Kew's paths and iconic glasshouses to the Street View gallery, allowing people from across the world to view and explore Britain's most famous botanic garden.
Over 26 kilometres of paths and the interiors of many of Kew's iconic glasshouses will be accessible to internet users at the click of a mouse, including the iconic Palm House and Temperate House. The Street View technology enables any internet user to navigate 360 degree ground-level imagery of Kew Gardens' paths, gardens and glasshouses"
