First view at relevant Addendums.

Gdynia got referal again, though the issue might be solved by a minor boundary modification in the Future.

Minor modification of corezones: Venetien Defences to include Herceg Novi is not Approved, as it constitutes a significant boundary modification.
Bologna plans to increase corezone to 257 ,ha -> Icomos referral

Venice's buffer zone got not Approved, but the map is better and can be used.

Ironbridge has small adjustment approved. Map provided by historic England will hopefully be adjusted. We have to have an eye on it

Regarding IUCN Assessment of minor modification:
Mount Kenya: incorporating Borana Conservancy protected area,
would increase the property's
total area by 15,378 ha -> IUCN does not approve as it is significant.

Approves the minor boundary modification for the
Migratory Bird Sanctuaries along the Coast of
Yellow Sea-Bohai Gulf of China, China, through the
addition of all seven component parts included in the
present submission:
· Fantuozi Islet of Guanglu Island,
· Toutuozi Islet of Gexian Island-A,
· Toutuozi Islet of Gexian Island-B,
· Toutuozi Islet of Gexian Island-C,
· Dahaozi Island,
· Southern Lithoherm Belt of Bashao Island-A,
· Southern Lithoherm Belt of Bashao Island-B;

Dorset and East Devon ; increasing the
total area by 15.07 ha, Approved

So at least two Maps will have to be adjusted

This proposal would not only increase the size of the core zone by adding a good part of San Luca's hill, but it would also merge some other locations, 06 and 08 (which are almost coterminous now) and 02 and 10. The concerns are about the contribution of what is "in between". At first I also thought it is some way to surreptitiously inglobate the whole centre of Bologna...

Those both seem to make sense, and it looks like Bologna has found a way to get both of the Due Torri within the core zone. I particularly liked locations 2 and 10, and the proposed expansion of their zones to join at the Piazza della Mercanzia makes me wonder why it wasn't done at the beginning. I just got back from Bologna, and it was a great place to visit for a long weekend, especially for the food. I'm not sold on the uniqueness of the porticoes, but they made for a good reason to see more of the city.

This is what I meant! These changes make sense on the surface, and the two towers are great (unfortunately in danger, though), but if you think that the OUV is about the porticoes, including some as modern as in the Barca neighbourhood or the modern art museum, nothing else really fits and looks more as a smart move to incldue the whole historical centre, which the WHS is not about...

It makes sense, because in this case they could seriously make a more solid portfolio in a couple years. If I recall, the main issue Icomos had was that the archaeological excavations didn't sufficiently prove the claims made by Turkey, especially with respect to the mithraeum.
