A likely transnational nomination now for Koytendag Mountain Ecosystem (Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan), though its possible its submitted for 2026, I think it more likely it will now be submitted for 2027 (tentative nomination title in Uzbekistan: Kuhitang Mountains). Kuhitang Mountains were only added to the Uzbekistan's tentaitve list on 30/10/2024.

Desert Landscapes of the Mongolian Great Gobi (Mongolia)

A close thing, but the Burial Complexes of Hunnu Aristocrats secured the slot for 2026. The Gobi Desert nomination is seemingly far along in the process, but what could sink its chances for 2027 is the potential opening of the Naransevstai Port.

Googling in Mongolian

Got to keep my mind off the absurdity of American politics.

So Googling in various languages regarding 'World Heritage' helps . . .

- Paramatta Female Factory (Australia)

A little uncertainty which nomination will be the official one for 2027 (and which will be delayed until 2028), but Australia is quiet active in developing nominations currently.

I think 2029 is more likely for this one - they have to follow the new path to nomination which is longer.
When you look at their roadmap (which omits the Preliminary Assessment by the way), they had planned to be on the T List in 2023 with a possible inscription 2026/2027. But they are 2 years behind (T listed only in 2025) and "Further research and consultation will be undertaken to determine sites for a World Heritage bid, which may include additional sites not part of the current Tentative List submission.".

Tarrafal Concentration Camp (Cabo Verde)

"In the case of the Tarrafal Concentration Camp, the objective is to submit the application, which was scheduled for this year, in February 2026, with a prior submission of the dossier in September of the current year. The technical work, reported Ana Samira Baessa, is already underway, with the candidacy strategy, the action plan and the communication plan finalized. The IPC intends to intensify its links with the three countries whose memories are linked to space, ensuring a solid dossier for UNESCO. Furthermore, in October 2024, a preliminary assessment was requested from the World Heritage Centre, which was accepted."

I think they're a bit confused about the timelines in this article, but my best guess would be 2027.

Workers' Assembly Halls (Denmark, Australia, Argentina, Belgium, Finland, United Kingdom)

I don't think this should be regarded as being from these 6 countries any more..... both UK and Finland missed this year's end of January cut off date for getting it on their T LIsts and I have had it confirmed from Denmark that the preparation of Nomination File/Preliminary assessment (they hadn't, when they wrote, finally decided whether to partake in a "preliminary assessment") is continuing with ONLY Denmark, Australia, Argentina and Belgium taking part. The way is open for other countries to join in with extensions later but, right now I think only those 4 should be included as per the UNESCO T List documentation.

I have been trying to discover WHY UK missed the date for submitting Redhills, the "Pitman's Parliament" to its T List in time
a. Did Redhills not try..... if so why....... cost, effort, 2nd thoughts.....? They are running a bit late on opening up after the refurbishment so it might be that they decided to concentrate on the prime job at hand.... getting the facility open and providing services to local people
b. Did DCMS prove "awkward"?

But no one in Redhills will answer me and no one in the local press wants to find out why it is that the Redhills Web site is still advertising that it is working to join the Taj Mahal and Pyramids on the UNESCO List when it isn't!!!!
