With France and Korea both planning 2 nominations for 2019, I see little doubt in Els discovery. Therefore, it seems 2020 will be the first year we see the 35 nomination limit and 1 dossier per state party.

This limitation is already in place. The two changes are the one nomination per state party and the way nominations are prioritised in case they accede this limit. This will probably never happen. So far it has happened only once with two nominations per state party being possible.

A second attempt for the Mining Cultural Landscape Erzgebirge/Krušnohoří in 2019: A revised nomination with a reduced number of objects will be submitted by February 1st, 2018.
