The Victorian & Art Deco Ensemble of Mumbai (India) - nomination dossier will be submitted by the end of this month. But since Delhi is the priority, evaluation will likely come in 2016.

India is currently processing Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, and Ahmadabad. The quest for India's first world heritage city is in full swing.

Looks like Cape York won't make it for 2015 now so maybe 2016

Lake-District is UK's bid

Hyderabad is not pursuing for WH city status. It has nominated only 3 monuments( one fort, one mosuleum and a landmark)

India has already a WH city (Amber city) which was capital before Jaipur. It is a part of hill forts of Rajasthan.Their Urban settelments is a part of OUV.
India has also a chance to include 2nd WH city (Jaisalmer). However due to lack of conservation and seepage issue India nominated only the Fort.

Pu'er Tea Gardens. Candidate for 2016? Bit difficult to see at which stage it currently is.

It could possibly be the nomination for 2015, no? Perhaps along with Tusi Chieftain Sites, since we have not yet heard of a 2nd nomination from China. Presumably, the site can easily be pursued as a cultural landscape. I might be assuming too much in expecting 2 nominations from China every year.

Regardless of the evaluation year 2015 or 2016, it will be an interesting nomination. We have seen coffee, wine, and blue agave (Tequila) landscapes inscribed recently and further nominations in the pipeline, why not Tea? This might eventually result in additional "tea" related nominations being pursued in India or Korea.

Maybe an eventual connection about the "History of Beverages (Drink)"
