Seemingly these four sites are aiming for 2015. Nevertheless, at this point it is tentative and could easily be pushed back.

*Megalithic Sites of the province of Xieng Khouang or Plain of Jars (Laos)

*Seowon, Confucian Academies of Korea (South Korea)

http://www.hancinema.net/korea-pushes-to-register-confucian-academies-on-unesco-herit age-list-41439.html

*San Antonio Franciscan Missions (USA)
There is some possiblity for 2014, but with priority nominations Poverty Point and the Frank Lloyd Wright Buildings slated for 2014, it seems like 2015 is probable.

*Mining cultural landscape of the Ore Mountains (Erzgebirge) (Czech Republic, Germany)
Perhaps the plan is 2016, but the statement "The nomination must be completed by the autumn of 2013." seems to point to 2015. It might take more time as a joint nomination.

*Seoul City Walls (South Korea)

"The city is also hoping to have the walls listed as a UNESCO Cultural Heritage by 2015. The fortress was put on the tentative list as a world heritage on April 20."

Seemingly this tentative site should be updated on the Unesco website in the coming days or weeks. (If this report is correct) Two kilometers of restored city wall have been constructed already since I first read about this last year.

Newly created website for the San Antonio Missions Nomination

It is interesting to note the section called "San Antonio Application Process". This provides a good "history" of the current T List going back to the initiation of its creation in 2006 and notes the inscription in 2010 of Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument. It also mentions the 2 sites nominated for consideration in 2013 (Frank Lloyd Wright buildings and Poverty Point) BUT there is no mention at all of the nomination and withdrawal of Mt Vernon in 2010!!

No need to mention "bad news" I guess!

I noted also on one of the other sites "The cost to apply is a steep $650,000,". This is in the same ball park as UK's "guideline" figure of £500k and therefore seems to be about the standard amount for a developed country to have to spend nowadays to put forward a nomination. Ridiculously high really.

The Frank Lloyd Wright properties are having trouble with the paperwork, as each building has a different owner and they can't seem to get their act together. They've been given another year to get it done.

The Modern Industrial Heritage Sites in Kyushu and Yamaguchi

Japan seems to be aiming for 2015 with this nomination. The problem is another slowly escalating spat with Korea. Hard to forsee how this will play out. The tension is about Hashima Island which used forced Korean labor.

Wikipedia page for Hashima. Describes the history of the island, and also goes into its world heritage bid. It is important to note that the properties on the island are only one part of this extensive serial nomination.

According to this article from a local German newspaper, there is a delay in the serial transnational nomination of the Viking sites. The submission was scheduled for January 2013, for decision in 2014. Now it has been postponed by one year to 2014/2015.

http://www.shz.de/nachrichten/lokales/schleswiger-nachrichten/artikeldetails/artikel/ weltkulturerbe-in-der-warteschleife-1.html

The reason is that Sweden has left the joint project and that the nomination documents have to be changed.
Anke Spoorendonk, the Minister for Cultural Affairs in Schlewig-Holstein said that she "regrets the withdrawal of Sweden", and that "none of the other countries involved can understand it." They hypothesized that "intra-Swedish conflicts among archaeological experts have triggered the decision. In fact since June this year there is a new person that is responsible for the preservation of monuments in Sweden. So far, there is no official statement by the Swedish side."

Baekje Historic Site Zone (Korea)

Details about the nominations, 2nd article mentions inscription aim for 2015. Interestingly, the article confirms a combination of the Baekje nomination of Gongju & Buyeo with the originally seperate Iksan nomination.
