I am listing here some small archaeological categories:

Caribbean (1):

Blue and John Crow Mts

Pacific (2):

Rapa Nui
Rock Islands

I would add Kuk and PAPAHANAUMOKUAKEA.

Classical (other) (4):

Meroe (better move to Egypt)
Kazanlak (better move to burial)
Sveshtari (better move to burial)
Xanthos/Letoon (better move to Middle Eastern archaeology)

Blue and John Crow Mts - although the cultural aspects of the site are probably not too impressive, well known, influential etc. I think sites representing escaped slaves merit a special treatment for the sake of historical justice. We already turned down Le Morne and I think at least one such site should enter the shortlist. A Maybe.
Rapa Nui - Yes. Iconic.
Rock Islands - No, not for its cultural aspects.
PAPAHANAUMOKUAKEA - No, other Pacific sites are more important.
Kuk - Yes, as already discussed, for its old agricultural practices.
Meroe - Yes, as already said.
Kazanlak/Sveshtari - These sites seem unique, but are less significant than those representing larger cultures. Maybe for one of them.
Xanthos/Letoon - Probably a No. Most significant parts have been removed to London.

Whatever their "correct" category, both Rapanui and Meroe are clear YES.

A problem with Kuk is that there is nothing to see. It is interesting to " know" that "agriculture" probably emerged independently in different places around the World but this site is only representative of where it happened in this Geog area. And the area isn't that significant in World terms ? A rep in the Americas mght be better? No more than a "curiosity" in my view and justifying no more than a MAYBE.

The 2 Bulgarian tombs don't make it in my view even though Kazanlak has fine murals.

Blue mountains - Nannyland?? Would be a "token" inclusion - but we have a few of those! To make us feel "fair" I will go along with a Maybe"!

No for the others.

I agree with Solivagant and my selection is like his, except I'd add Kazanlak

Blue and John Crow Mts
for the remnants of a society of escaped slaves.
Rapa Nui for its mysterious moais.
Rock Islands
Kuk
PAPAHANAUMOKUAKEA.
Meroe
Kazanlak represents Thracian culture, artistic value
