Again, here is the link to the broader
Cultural Landscapes category.
There are a lot of good choices here, but I'm self-imposing a limit of no more than one landscape per country. Here are ones that stand out to me:
1. Alto Douro -- historic wine-growing region in Portugal; known for Port wine
2. Costiera Amalfitana -- beautiful Italian terraced landscape with coastal villages, vineyards, and orchards located on steep hillsides
3. Hallstatt-Dachstein -- distinctive Austrian Alpine towns and landscape famous for its salt mines in use as early as the 2nd millennium BC
4. Lavaux, Vineyard Terraces -- beautiful Swiss vineyard terraces on the shores of Lake Geneva
5. Loire Valley -- valley filled with architecturally unique châteaux and towns with ties to the French Renaissance
6. Upper Middle Rhine Valley -- landscape of towns, castles, and vineyards built along a European route of transportation in use for over 2,000 years
7. Konso -- dry stone terraces still in use by the Konso people of Ethiopia
8. Orkhon Valley -- showcases Mongolia's nomadic history and culture
9. Rice Terraces of the Philippine Cordilleras -- iconic terraced landscape demonstrating a 2,000 year-old method of rice production
10. Coffee Cultural Landscape -- coffee fields and Spanish-style towns highlighting Colombia's coffee-growing heritage
11. Tequila -- agave-growing region of central Mexico where tequila is distilled
