I didn't see any open topic for Serbia. So I open.
Planning a short hop to Belgrado for business and was planning to make a day trip to Gamzigrad (2.5h drive one way doable) if time alows on the way back might stop at Manasija Monastery (TWHS). But, I have a 2nd day.

does anyone know, with the inscription maybe for 2023 about: Danube Limes (Serbia).
of course in Belgrade there is something, but I can either drive east or west for a day.
I'm leaning going east and also visit Smederevo fortress (TWHS).

anyone know which sites (where you can actually see something) are worth visiting of the Limes?

if I need to go also west I might add a day.

Far the best is Viminacium. It*s not far from Belgrade but you need your own transport to get there as it's not served by public transport currently. If you have a car, you can make an easy day tour beginning with Smederevo Fortress, then visiting Viminacium and endig at Golubac Castle (at the beginning of the Djerdap N P). Golubac has jast been renovated, and opened for public. Viminacium is a nicely preserved and installed Roman town. Allow at least an hour for yourself.
